There is limited parking available in front of the store, with additional parking in the public lot across the street.

  • Tuesday–Saturday: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • Sunday: 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • Monday: Closed

ORDER QUESTIONS

If I find a book on your site, does that mean it's currently in stock at your store?
Yes! If a book is available for purchase on our website, it is in stock and ready for in-store pickup or nationwide shipping. You’re welcome to place your order online, and if any issues arise with availability, we will contact you as soon as possible.

I don’t see a book on your site that I want. Can I request it?
Absolutely—yes! If a book is out of stock or not listed in our system, just give us a call or send an email, and we’ll do our best to get it for you.  We love getting books into readers' hands and are always happy to help! You can also check out our bookshop.org page and order through there!

I received a confirmation email. Does this mean my order is ready for pickup or has shipped?
No. This just means we’ve received your order. You’ll be contacted when your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.

When will I get my book(s)?
For in-stock orders, we strive to ship within 3 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected. If an item is out of stock, we will provide an estimated shipment date.

What if I need to return something?
Please review our return policy and contact us with any further questions.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If picking up in-store, you may also pay with cash.

How can I check my order status?
Log in, select “My Account”, and then “Orders” to view the status of all orders.


BOOK DONATIONS & CONSIGNMENT

Do you accept book donations?
Yes! We happily accept donations of gently used books in good condition. We are especially grateful for current literature. However, we are unable to accept books that are:

  • Outdated (such as older computer science or reference materials)

  • Too specialized or niche (such as highly technical or religious texts)

If you’re unsure whether your books would be a good fit, feel free to reach out!

Do you offer consignment or store credit?
No, we do not offer consignment or store credit.


ACCESSIBILITY

Is your store wheelchair accessible?
Yes! We are committed to keeping our space accessible. Whenever we rearrange the shop (which happens often! 😊), we ensure that all pathways are at least 36 inches wide, in compliance with ADA standards.

Our entrance has a gentle slope that is wheelchair and stroller-friendly. However, as we are in an older building, our front door is large and heavy. If you’d like assistance, please give us a call when you arrive, and we’ll be happy to hold the door open for you.
